Ruby Durham, known as Ruby, is a singer songwriter originally from Greenville, SC. Ruby is also the founder of her eponymous women's clothing line created to suit women for success and host of Ruby's Roundtable Podcast and Show.
Ruby’s earliest memories of singing goes back to church, performing in pageants and with a group called The Phillis Wheatley Repertory Theater and Pure in Heart. Ruby took a break from singing after her mom passed to Breast Cancer in 2010 to focus on college. Ruby decided to return to singing after winning the Miss North Carolina for America 2022 pageant. Ruby's debut single, "TOXIC," released December 2023.
Prior to taking the leap of faith into music and fashion, Ruby, an Emmy-nominated on-camera TV news journalist, hosted her own segment called, “Reasons to Smile,” and highlighted local businesses and trending topics at WCNC Charlotte, a NBC Affiliate.
Ruby graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree focused in Broadcast Journalism where she also ran Track and Field all four years.
